Eating al fresco
Everything tastes better by the water. Eat in the cosy oak dining room, or the flowery breakfast courtyard - where a kookaburra is likely to greet you. Dine at dusk on the rear terrace overlooking the Campaspe, and later watch the floodlights turn majestic gums into ghostly silhouettes. You just may see our platypus! In cooler months the cottage is an oasis of warmth with glowing lamps, fires & ducted heating.
